Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Ever After Princesses to help make your celebration special! Please read our booking policy carefully before confirming your reservation. By booking with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. 1. Booking Confirmation & Payment Bookings are confirmed once full payment has been received through our online booking system. Your total payment includes a 25% non-refundable booking deposit, which secures your chosen date, time, and performer. A booking is only confirmed once the full booking fee has been received. No dates or performers will be reserved without it. 2. Cancellations By the client: As your booking reserves a specific date and performer, the booking deposit included with your payment is non-refundable. If you cancel more than 3 days before your event, any amount paid above the non-refundable booking deposit will be refunded to the original payment method. Cancellations made within 3 days before the event will be charged up to the full booking amount as it is unlikely we will be able to rebook the reserved time. By us: In the unlikely event that illness, emergency, severe weather, or unforeseen circumstances prevent your performer from attending, we will offer an alternative date where possible or provide a full refund if no suitable alternative can be arranged. 3. Rescheduling an event If the client wishes to reschedule, we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability. Date/ time changes are not guaranteed.
